KB4516058 improves security in Edge and Internet Explorer

We all know by now that it will reach its end of life on November 12, 2019, but for now Windows 10 v1803 gets a series of improvements and fixes with the September 2019 Patch Tuesday.

KB4516058 bumps the build number to Build 17134.1006 and brings security changes when using Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and input devices like mices, keyboards, and styluses.

There are also some updates for verifying user names and passwords along with storing and managing files.
