Paste that text into Notepad with the Ctrl + V hotkey.

Click File and select the Save As option.

Select All Files on the Save as type drop-down menu.

Enter ‘1.cmd’ in the File name box.

Select to save the file on the desktop.

Press the Save button.

Right-click the 1.cmd file on the desktop and select Run as administrator.
