There are many browsers out there but Opera is one of the greatest and reliable browsers on the market with a primary focus on user privacy.

It packs a plethora of useful features such as a built-in VPN, ad blocker, and video pop-up among others.

By blocking trackers and third-party cookies, Opera removes the elements that may slow down your browsing speed. In this manner, YouTube videos will run more smoothly.

Moreover, Opera’s video pop-up functionality allows you to navigate on other websites while playing a video.

The video will remain open on a detached, floatable window while you continue your browsing. You can move the window wherever you want and adjust its size, so it won’t bother you in any way.

    9. Install WebM VP8 codec

If you’re having audio problems while watching YouTube videos in Edge, the problem might be a missing codec.

Microsoft Edge doesn’t have the WebM VP8 codec installed, and in order to watch YouTube videos without any problems, you need to install this codec manually.
