The Surface Go is a 2-in-1 laptop and tablet with a battery that can last up to about nine hours. However, there might be times when the Surface Go’s battery doesn’t charge for a small minority of users.

1. Shut Down the Surface Go and Charge it

4. Reinstall the Battery’s Driver

• Open the Win + X menu by pressing the Windows key + X hotkey.

6. Charge the Surface Go With the Surface Connect Charger That Came With it
