  • Open the Start menu, search for gpedit.msc, and open the app.open gpeditmsc
  • Under Local Computer Policy, expand Computer Configuration, and then expand Windows Settings.local computer policy
  • Expand Security Settings, expand Local Policies, and then click User Rights Assignment.user rights assignment
  • Verify that the LOCAL SERVICE account is specifically granted Impersonate a client after authentication rights. impersonate rights
